Corrections, disputes and removals

Pickleball Court Guide is a directory of pickleball facilities in Kuala Lumpur. Listings come from publicly available business information, and every court's score and review summary are generated using the same fixed rubric applied to Google reviews. There is no charge to be listed, and no payment affects your score or ranking. This page explains how to correct factual details, challenge the accuracy of your data, or request removal. See scoring method for the full scoring rubric.

Corrections to court details

Your listing shows fields like name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services offered. If any of these are wrong, you can request a correction by providing the accurate information plus supporting evidence. That evidence might be a link to your website, your Google Business Profile, or another source we can verify against. Once a correction is applied, it stays in place through future data updates.

Disputing your score

A dispute means you believe the data underlying your score is incorrect, not that you want a higher score. Common grounds are a profile matched to the wrong business, reviews wrongly attributed to your court, or a summary that misrepresents what reviewers actually said. When you file a dispute, we re-check the source data and regenerate your listing. Scores themselves are never hand-edited.

Removal requests

We remove listings for courts that have permanently closed, are duplicates of another entry, or fall outside the directory's scope. Our weekly re-verification cycle also catches closed businesses automatically and removes them. If your listing is accurate and in scope, a removal request may be declined, and you will receive a clear explanation of why.

Where to send requests

Send an email to hi@sarahguide.com and include three things: your business name, the URL of your listing, and exactly what should change. Pickleball Court Guide is published by Sarah Guide.

How long things take

Every request receives an acknowledgment within 5 business days. If removal is confirmed, it takes effect within 7 days. If a request is declined, the reason is stated plainly.
